Roberta and I started first grade together 70 years ago last September at Weir Grade School and have been friends since that time, attending all 12 years together through high school graduation. There are lots of good memories through the years like the overnight sleep-overs, watching World Series games in her parents living room on the TV in the late 1950's, teen town at Weir City Hall on Monday nights, Senior trip to Rock-a-Beach, Mo Class reunions and much more. Enjoyed our impromptu visits at your home when I was in the area.
I admired her love of the outdoors and well as her cooking skills, especially her canning skills. Would be interesting to know how many pints and quarts of tomato products and green beans she canned during her lifetime, just to mention a few.

My sympathy to Pat, Mike and the rest of the family. She will be greatly missed but we have the assurance she is in a better place after all she has been through.

    Keeping you in my Prayers.
