Anna Watson

Anna Lee Watson 88 of Neodesha KS, passed away Friday July 15th 2016 at Golden Living in Neodesha.
A Celebration of Life service for Anna will be held on Thursday July 21st 2016 at 10:00 am at the Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha, a visitation will take place Wednesday July 20th 2016 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm the family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Loran Fawcett Chapel at 704 Indiana Neodesha KS,
Anna Lee (Roland) (Perry) Watson was born February 17th 1928, the daughter of Howard and Anna (Smith) Roland in Paris, Arkansas where she grew up. Anna attended school and graduated from Paris High School, she then moved to California with her family. On August 17th 1958 she was united in marriage to August Eugene Perry in Las Vegas NV, and made their home there until moving to Neodesha in 1983. On July 4th2001 Eugene Perry proceeded her in death. Anna was united in marriage to James E Watson on August 6th 2004 in Miami, OK and he survives of the home.
Anna was a member of the VFW Post 5962 Auxiliary of Neodesha and the old time Pickers and Fiddlers, she loved to dance and sew clothes for her family and Anna was a seamstress for several years and she loved to go fishing and loved helping serve dinners at the Senior Citizen Center, Anna and James loved spending time at the Senior Citizens center every morning with their dear friends.
Anna is survived by her husband, James of the home and three daughters; Sandra Smith of Wyoming, Carol Brown of Amazonia and Shirley Ekdhl, and two sons Michael and Thomas Perry of Taft, CA and twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren as well as a dear friend Reba Jesseph of Independence KS.
Anna is proceeded in death by her parents and husband Eugene Perry, son Daniel Perry and one sister Arlene Davis and six brothers. Memorials can be made in Anna's name to the First United Methodist Church of Neodesha, and can be left with the Loran Fawcett Chapel.
