Bobbie D. Burton Bobbie Dean Burton of rural Neodesha, KS, died Saturday, October 24, 2009, at the Wilson Medical Center Reece Campus. He was 56. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Penwell-Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel. No services are planned. A private inurnment will take place at a later date. The son of Bobbie Burton Sr. and Doris West, he was born July 22, 1953, in Inglewood, CA. Survivors include his mother, Doris West, of Neodesha; two brothers, John West of Saudi Arabia, and Frank West and his wife Terry of Alexandria, VA; three sisters, Diane Armbruster and her husband John of Albert, KS, Eugenia Phillips and her husband Perry of Branson, MO, and Sallie West of Kansas City, MO; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father; his step-father, Frank E. West; one brother, Billy D. Burton; and his grandmother, Ruth Mitchell.
