Carlyne L. Spoonemore, a beloved family matriarch, peacefully passed away on November 5th, 2023, in Neodesha, Kansas. She was born on August 27th, 1937, in Altoona, Kansas to Roy and Edna Dannels. Carlyne's vibrant life and unwavering dedication to her loved ones will always be cherished and remembered.

Throughout her life, Carlyne worked in various places, displaying her unparalleled work ethic and commitment. It was evident that she approached every task with diligence and a strong sense of responsibility. Her dedication shone through in all aspects of her life. Carlyne ultimately retired from the school food service industry after years of hard work.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Carlyne possessed a deep love for the arts. Painting ceramics alongside her best friend Stella brought her immense joy and served as an outlet for her creativity. These moments spent expressing herself through art became treasured memories for Carlyne.

Carlyne will be lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to have known her. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that will continue to inspire others for years to come.

Carlyne is preceeded in death by her cherished husband, Boyd Spoonemore, who stood faithfully by her side throughout their journey together. Their unwavering love and support for each other were an inspiration to all who knew them. She is also preceeded by her brother Bob Dannels and sister Rosemary Steers and sister Sherrion Green.

She is survived by her three daughters: Debra Mooney, Kim Spoonemore (Forest Strentz), and Anna (Brad) May. Carlyne's unconditional love and guidance shaped these young women into the remarkable individuals they are today.

She is blessed to be survived by brother Jim (Carla) Dannels. Their bond as siblings provided comfort and strength throughout their lives. She also leaves behind her brother Jim (Carla) Dannels. Carlyne's memory will forever be cherished by her four grandchildren: Allen (Laurel) Hare, Raymond (Christy) Hare, Cobra (Leza) Williams, and Zach May. 

To honor Carlyne's memory, a visitation service will be held on November 10th, 2023, at the Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha, Kansas. It will begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 11:30 AM. Friends and loved ones are invited to pay their respects and bid farewell to this remarkable woman.

Following the visitation, a graveside service will take place at the Neodesha City Cemetery on the same day. The service will commence at 1:00 PM and is an opportunity for those who cared deeply for Carlyne to gather once more and celebrate her life.

Carlyne L. Spoonemore's presence in our lives was immeasurable, and her impact on our hearts will never fade. She touched the lives of many with her unwavering love, compassion, and strength. She will forever be remembered as a beloved family matriarch, a dedicated worker, an artist with a passion for ceramics, and a pillar of unwavering support in times of need.

May Carlyne's soul find eternal peace as she reunites with loved ones who have gone before her. Her memory will forever remain in our hearts, guiding us towards kindness and reminding us to treasure each moment we have with those we hold dear.
