Charlena Dee Ann Fowler Condon Charlene Dee Ann Fowler Condon, age 34, of Owasso, Oklahoma, formally of Elk City, Kansas passed away Monday, October 21, 2002 at the Hill Crest Medical Center in the Alexander Burn Unit in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Charlena was born July 19, 1968 at the Wilson County Hospital in Neodesha, Kansas. She grew up in Neodesha and the Elk City Area. She later as an adult moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Survivors include one daughter Sierra Condon; mother Gwen Carriker Wright, Father and Step mother Patrick O. and Ruenae Fowler; one sister Stacy R. Jay Blakemore; four brothers Ronald R. Perry, Danny C. Hawley, David L. Jay and Patrick E. Fowler; Grandparents Paul and Elva Fowler and several nieces and nephews. Charlena was preceded in death by an infant son, Bradley. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 25, 2002 at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Elk City, Kansas with Tony Fowler officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of the Loran Fawcett funeral Home. A gathering will be at the Masonic Hall in Elk City, Kansas after the services for family and friends. The casket will be closed but friends may sign the register from 8:00 a.m. to 5:oo p.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2002 and Thursday, October 24, 2002 at the Loran Fawcett Funeral Home in Neodesha, Kansas.
