Deborah McRoberts Deborah Debbie Marie McRoberts of rural Neodesha, KS, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at her home. She was 57. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday May17, 2010, at Cheatham Cemetery west of Neodesha under the direction of PenwellGabel Loran Fawcett Chapel. Chaplain Mike Graham will officiate. Cheatham Cemetery is located on Jade Road,north of the intersection of 300 RD old Highway 96 and Jade Road. Friends may call to view and register on Saturday from 15 p.m. and Sunday from 15 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 35 p.m. The daughter of Leon and Dorothy Della Drake Mustain, she was born July 3, 1952, in Neodesha, KS. She graduated from Neodesha High School in 1970. On August 14, 1970, she was united in marriage to Raymond McRoberts in Parsons, KS. He survives at the home. Debbie was a homemaker and was formerly employed by the Wilson County Health Department for a few years as a medical aide. She enjoyed raising cattle, burros and horses. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her father, Leon Mustain of Neodesha, KS two sons, Travis McRoberts of Independence, KS, and Wesley McRoberts of Dennis, KS and one grandson, Garret McRoberts. She is preceded in death by her mother. Memorial contributions may be made to either Harry Hynes Hospice or the American Cancer Society and may be left at the funeral home.
