Deborah Darlene Reedy

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah Darlene Reedy, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, who left us on November 26, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas. Born on January 10, 1953, in San Francisco, California, Deborah's journey through life was filled with love, laughter, and dedication to her family.

Deborah married her soulmate, Norman "Leon" Reedy Jr., on February 27, 1972, in a heartfelt ceremony at the Methodist church in Neodesha, Kansas. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with cherished memories.

She is reunited in spirit with her parents, Margie and Bob Porter, her sister Miki Hurst, her father-in-law Norman Leon Reedy Sr., her mother-in-law Mildred Genieva Reedy, and her brother-in-law Wayne Neil Reedy. 

Deborah leaves behind her devoted husband, Leon, and their two sons, Travis Reedy (Laura) of Columbus, Kansas, and Brian Reedy (Dannielle) of Coggon, Iowa. She is also survived by her sisters, Carolyn Bowman of Kansas and Lucy Wooten (Maggie Freeman) of Illinois, along with her six wonderful grandkids-Jacob, Caleb, Breanna, Rylan, Cordell (Kenzie), and Breahna-and two precious great-grandchildren.
