Donald Cole

Donald Keith Cole, 82, of Neodesha, formally of Fredonia, passed away Monday, September 21, 2015 at the Via Christi-St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas.
Graveside services will be held Friday, September 25, 2015 at 10am at the Neodesha City Cemetery under the direction of Loran Fawcett Chapel.
Friends can attend the viewing, Thursday, September 24th, noon till 4pm at the funeral home.
Donald was born August 27, 1933 in Neodesha to Charles and Alma (Atterberry) Cole. He attended school in Neodesha then went to work at the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company in Neodesha. He also helped his family as a pin setter at the Neodesha Bowling Alley. Later Donald worked on a ranch for several years before going to work at Cox's Grain Elevator in Fredonia where he worked for 20 years.
Donald was an avid bowler and loved to hunt and fish.
He is survived by one sister Norma McBride of Nebraska, brothers, Jerry and wife Marjorie and Richard Cole, both of Fredonia and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Mary and two brothers Clarence and Charles.
