Evelyn Pekrul

Evelyn J Pekrul age 64, of Neodesha, Kansas passed away, Wednesday, July 9th, 2014 at the Harry Hynes Hospice Center in Wichita, Kansas.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 12th, 2014 at the Christ Church in Neodesha, Kansas. Memorials are suggested to the Eagles Aries 3448 Auxiliary.

Evelyn was born on August 1st, 1949 in Neodesha, Kansas to Harry Skinny and Blanch Smith Reed. She grew up in Neodesha and graduated from Neodesha High School in 1967. She married Albert Pekrul on September 3rd, 1982 in Neodesha, Kansas.

Evelyn was very active with her community. She was a life member of VFW Post 1186 Auxilary, and a member of The Eagles Aries 3448 in Neodesha.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her sons, Todd Eustice of Neodesha, Kansas, Troy Eustice of Altoona, Kansas, Shane Eustice of Eldorado, Kansas, Richard Pekrul of Norman, Oklahoma daughters, Lee Ann Taylor of Owasso, Oklahoma and Linda Lower of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma brother, Larry Reed of Great Bend, Kansas sisters, Katherine Foster of Chico, Texas and Geneva Greenlee of Neodesha, Kansas eighteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by in infant brother.
