Fern Loraine Davis, 99, of Neodesha Ks, passed away Friday, January 22nd 2016 at Golden Living in Neodesha Ks,
A celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, January 26th 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha Ks, with Pastor Darrell Bissell officiating.
Fern Loraine Davis was born November 20th 1916 in Neodesha Ks, the daughter of Roy and Fayrene (Fulmer) Alexander, Fern attended school in Neodesha and graduated from Neodesha High School.
On February 12th 1936, Fern was united in marriage to Guy Davis in Independence Ks, and later making their home in Los Angles California before moving back to Neodesha, where she has lived the last 36 years.
Fern was a member of the Nazarene Church in Neodesha Ks. Fern loved to garden and grow flowers. She also loved to crochet and paint in oil and water colors, but most of all she loved spending time with her loving family.
Fern is survived by one granddaughter Cindy Williams of Altoona Ks, and two great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
Fern was preceded in death by her husband, Guy, her parents, her daughter Barbara Barnhart, brother Roy Alexander Jr., her twin sister Lavern Lane and granddaughter Rebecca Barnhart.
