Henrietta C. Tank Henrietta Carey Tank of Neodesha, KS, died Monday, March 01, 2010, at Windsor Place of Independence. She was 92. Cremation has taken place under the direction of PenwellGabel Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha. Inurnment will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield, WI, at a later date. The daughter of Henry and Isabel Errazuriz Carey, she was born March 24, 1917, in Binghamton, NY. She graduated from St. Patricks High School in Binghamton in 1935. She was united in marriage to Armin L. Tank on April 15, 1939, in Hartland, WI. Early in her marriage, Henrietta was a homemaker. She was later employed as a secretary for Liberty Mutual Insurance in Milwaukee, WI. Her husband preceded her in death on April 22, 1972. After retiring from Liberty Mutual, Mrs. Tank moved to Phoenix, AZ. She relocated to Neodesha in 2001 to live with her son. Survivors include one son, Douglas Tank of Neodesha, KS one daughterinlaw, Jacqueline Tank of Sauk Rapids, MN five grandchildren, Kelly Tank, Lisa Severnak and her husband, Todd, Steven Tank and his fianc, Melanie, James Tank and Sara Ornelas and her husband, Rene and five greatgrandchildren, Amanda Taylor, Joshua Severnak, Samantha Severnak, Esai Ornelas and Matias Ornelas. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents one son, Armin Lee Tank Jr. one brother, Henry Bud Carey one sister, Sally Lange and one daughterinlaw, Kathleen F. Tank. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Kansas or Windsor Place of Independence and may be left at the funeral home.
