James Anderson

JAMES L. ANDERSON James L. Anderson of Atascadero, California passed away Friday evening, August 20, 2004 at the Wilson County Hospital, Neodesha, Kansas. He was the husband of Yvonne Morrow-Anderson. James was born on December 31, 1928 in Wichita, Kansas to Lyman and Margaret Fry-Anderson. He was raised in California where he graduated from King City High School in 1947. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy on June 30, 1947 and was honorably discharged on March 2, 1952. He married Yvonne Morrow on September 5, 1959 in Salinas, California and she survives of the home in Atascadero, California. James was a surveyor for State of California Transportation Department. James is also survived by one son, Joseph Anderson of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and one sister, Clarice Hooper of San Leandro, California. Cremation will take place under the direction of the Penwell-Gabel Loran Fawcett Funeral Home, Neodesha, Kansas. No services are planned at this time.
