Kody L. Cobb Kody Lane Cobb, the infant son of Travis and Erin Cobb, died Tuesday, December 19, 2006, at his residence in rural Neodesha, Kansas. He was three months old. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 22, 2006, at the Grace Baptist Church in Neodesha under the direction of Penwell-Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel. The Reverend Claude Shue and Pastor Jim Logan will officiate. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. The son of Travis Jeremiah and Erin Louise Collins Cobb, he was born September 16, 2006, in Chanute, Kansas. Survivors include his parents; a sister, Jerin Cobb of the home; Paternal grandparents Troy and Sharon Cobb of Neodesha; maternal grandparents, Wendell and Jackie Collins of Erie, Kansas; two paternal great-grandmothers, Mildred Cobb of Fairland, Oklahoma, and Evelyn Swails of Yaokham, TX; and maternal great-grandparents, Clarence and Wanda Collins of Erie, KS. He is preceded in death by paternal great-grandfathers, Walter Cobb Jr. and Thomas Swails and his maternal great-grandparents, Paul and Jessie Coomes.
