Minnie M. Millsap Minnie Mae Millsap of Neodesha, KS, died Sunday, May 2, 2010, at Via Christi St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita, KS. She was 70. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 2010, at Neodesha Cemetery under the direction of PenwellGabel Loran Fawcett Chapel. Reverend Dave Cheshier will officiate. Friends may call on Wednesday from 9 a.m.8 p.m. with the family receiving friend from 68 p.m. at the funeral home. The daughter of Orville and Minnie Mae Ellis Phillips, she was born March 25, 1940, in Eureka, KS, where she received her education. She was united in marriage to Roy Millsap on October 2, 1989, in the Lavern Wedding Chapel in Miami, OK. He survives at the home. Mrs. Millsap was employed at Prestige Cabinets for 18 years, retiring in 2002. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Linda Sue Burnett of Neodesha two stepsons, Roy Millsap of Searcy, AR, and David Millsap of Bradfork, AR two stepdaughters, Susan Powell and Leva Mae Millsap of Searcy, AR one brother, Elwin Phillips of Neodesha two sisters, Betty Phillips of Harper, KS, and Lula May Day of Texas four grandchildren five stepgrandchildren nine greatgrandchildren and five step greatgrandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents one brother, Bill Phillips and two sisters, Jane Johnson and Virginia Brown. Memorial contributions may be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice and may be left at the funeral home.
