NORA S. REYNOLDS Nora S. Reynolds of Neodesha, Kansas, died Wednesday morning at the Wilson County Hospital Emergency Room. She was 81. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 17, 2005, at the Penwell-Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha. Pastor DeWayne Prosser will officiate. Interment will be in Neodesha Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The daughter of Elmer W. and Opal Fyfe Dalton, she was born September 17, 1923, in Fredonia, Kansas. She was raised and attended school in Fredonia, graduating from Fredonia High School in 1942. On August 2, 1946, Nora was united in marriage to Charles B. Wright in Fredonia, Kansas. He preceded her in death on January 20, 1962. She moved to Neodesha in July of 1962. She married Charles Reynolds December 16, 1969, in Oklahoma. He preceded her in death July 18, 1989. She was a dietary cook for the Golden Keys Nursing Home in Neodesha for a number of years. She was member of the Bible Baptist Church, the VFW Auxiliary Post 1186 of Independence, KS, the Red Hat Club of Fredonia and the Social Singles of Independence. Survivors include two sons, Charles L. Wright of Grove, OK, and John A. Wright of Cherryvale, KS; three daughters, Shirley Heinrich of Jupiter, FL, Kathy Shepherd of Westminster, CO, and Fran Aemisegger of Independence, KS; one step-son, Charles Reynolds of Neodesha, KS; two step-daughters, Betty Hann of Neodesha, and Kay Bennett of Shawnee, KS; two sisters, Patricia Fields of Helmet, CA, and Betty Knight of Moline, KS; 16 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husbands, she is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Geraldine Parks and Bonnie Lockman; one step-son, Richard Reynolds; and two step-daughters, Charlotte and Linda; and two great grandchildren.
