Nora Smith Nora Evelyn Smith, infant daughter of Kirk and Holly Adams Smith of Broken Arrow, OK, passed away Friday, September 4, 2009, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was born Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009. Left to mourn her passing are her parents; her brother, Nathan Alexander, her grandparents, Don and DAnn Adams of Neodesha, KS; Charlotte and Cecil Ponder Jr. of Decatur, Alabama; Connie Dreiling of Shawnee, OK; her great-grandparents, Dorothy Adams of Neodesha, Kenneth and Maxine Schooley of Neodesha, Howard and Doris Osburn of Neodesha, and Cecil Ponder Sr. of Decatur, AL. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2009, at the United Methodist Church in Neodesha. under the direction of Penwell-Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel. Reverends Kris Brinlee and Dave Cheshier will officiate. Interment will be in Neodesha Cemetery. Friends may call to register Tuesday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep and left at the funeral home, 704 Indiana, Neodesha, KS 66757.
