REXINE L. PROTHERO Rexine Lavey Prothero of Neodesha, Kansas, died Wednesday, October 26, 2005, at the Wilson County Hospital Emergency Room. She was 89. Private services will be held under the direction of Penwell Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel. Interment will be in the Neodesha Cemetery. Friends may call to view on Friday, Oct. 28, 2005, from 9 a.m.-noon The daughter of Herbert M. and Cecil Faye Cole Erbar, she was born August 25, 1916, in Troy, Kansas. She graduated from Quenemo High School in Quenemo, Kansas, and from the Independence Business College. Rexine was an executive secretary for the Greater San Antonio Industrial Development Department in San Antonio, TX. After her retirement in 1981, she moved to Neodesha.
