Ruth Rosson

RUTH L. ROSSON Ruth L. Rosson, age 95, of Neodesha, Kansas died Wednesday, February 19, 2003 at the Golden Keys Nursing Home in Neodesha, Kansas. Ruth was born March 16, 1907 in Creighton, Missouri to John E. and Maggie Bell Ellison Hughes. Ruth grew up in Neodesha, Kansas and attended the Neodesha School System. On April 29, 1924 Ruth married Floyd C. Rosson in Fredonia, Kansas. They made their home in Neodesha, Kansas. Floyd preceded her in death on August 29, 1976. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Neodesha, Kansas. Survivors include two sons Raymond Rosson of St. Ann, Missouri and Charles E. Ed Rosson of El Mirage, Arizona; Seven Grandchildren and Seven Great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, one grandchild, five brothers, and four sisters. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. James Logan officiating. Burial will follow in the Neodesha Cemetery under the direction of the Loran Fawcett Funeral Home. Visitation hours will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2003 at the Loran Fawcett Funeral Home.
