Scott Duane Howard, age 55, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away at home unexpected and peacefully with his little dog Pepper laying beside him. Scott was born January 9, 1965. Parents are Janice & Shelby Howard of Neodesha, KS. He went through the Neodesha School system until his family moved to Joplin, MO. Scott graduated from Webb City Missouri High School. He was very active in the music department, singing in the school choir, select choir, playing different Instruments in the school band. He played the saxophone in the jazz band. He was manager with Pizza Hut for 15 years, Get & Go Convenient stores in Tulsa for 5 Years, and manager of the Ace Cash Express in Sand Springs, Oklahoma for 15 Years. Scott loved his family, people, animals, camping, Christmas, and just hanging out with family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, two nieces Noel and Husband Shawn O’Kane, children Easton, Ashtyn, Peyton, O’Kane, Matthew and Michael Shinkle, Ashton Dotterer, children Kieran, Kody and Kennedie and Uncle Bob Hare.
Preceding him in death were great grandparents Joe and Emma Howard, grandparents Gordon and Valeda Howard, Sandy and Lucille Hare. Sister Michele Dixon and aunt Connie Marten.

Services will be Monday June 15, 2020 at 11:00am at The Church of The Nazarene at 7th & Carolina street in Neodesha, KS. Cremation will take place with Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha, KS. With a private family burial at a later date.
