Tony Dean Coy Tony Dean Coy, 37 of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, died August 23, 2004, in South Coffeyville. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 27, 2004, in Robbins Cemetery west of Coffeyville, Kansas, under the direction of Penwell-Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha. The son of Dale and Peggy Ann Wright Coy, he was born July 21, 1967, in Coffeyville, Kansas. He was raised and attended school in Coffeyville. He presently was a construction worker in the Coffeyville area. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Dale and Peggy L. Coy of Neodesha; his mother, Peggy Ann Melton of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma; three sisters, Carol Pinckney of Pittsburg, KS, Charlotte Sullivan and Wendy Easter, both of South Coffeyville, OK. Friends may call at the Penwell-Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel Thursday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and may gather at the gravesite prior to service time.
