Viola Humbolt

Viola Maxine Humbolt, 79, of Neodesha, Kansas passed away September 6, 2013 at the Wilson County Medical Center. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Loran Fawcett Chapel and services are planned for a later date.
Viola was born January 4, 1935 in Chautauqua County, Kansas. She was the daughter of Albert and Mary Ellen Van Bright. She attended schools in the Chautauqua area and received her GED in California with her sister.
In 1970, she married Dale Humbolt and they later divorced.
Viola is survived by three daughters Sharon Lee of Wann, Oklahoma, Carolyn Warford of Neodesha, Kansas, and Maxine McCarty of Wichita, Kansas one son, Larry Erisman of Lafontaine, Kansas two sisters, Velva Newton of Elk City, Kansas and Lelia Peterson of Coffeyville, Kansas 10 grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren.
