Wilma Marler

Wilma Rowena Marler, 92, Joplin, Missouri formerly of Neodesha, Kansas passed away Friday, Aug 3, 2012 at Joplin Health and Rehab in Joplin. Visitation will be 5:00 7:00 pm, Sunday, August 5, 2012 at PenwellGabel Loran Fawcett Chapel. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Monday at Neodesha First Church of the Nazarene in Neodesha with Reverend Darrell Bisel officiating, burial will follow in Neodesha Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimeramps Association and may be left with the funeral home. Wilma was born May 21, 1920 to Raymond and Elsie Viola Housley OLeary in Neodesha, Kansas she attended and graduated from Neodesha Schools. Wilma married Floyd F. Shorty Marler on November 8, 1942 in Yuma Arizona. The couple made their home in the Neodesha Kansa area. Mr. Marler preceded his wife in death. Mrs. Marler was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two daughters Joyce Livingston, Jolene Marler Seecrest, grandson Rickey Grabner, great granddaughter Kinsey Livingston. Survivors include three grandchildren Dru Livingston, Lacy and husband Rob Graham, Josh Grabner, and two great grandchildren Addie Graham, and Bailey Livingston.
