William 'Bill''Edward Cashero

William 'Bill''Edward Cashero, 55, of Neodesha passed from this life into eternal life on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at his home in Neodesha.
Bill was born on Aug. 18, 1965, in Columbus, KS, the son of the late Dolly & Henry Tyree and Jim Cashero.
He grew up in Columbus, KS along with his four sisters. Bill graduated from Columbus High School in 1984 and went on to get his CNA and CMA certifications. He worked at the nursing home in Columbus.
Bill was united in marriage to Jennifer Postier, daughter of the late Janet Postier on 04-04-04 at 4 o'clock in the afternoon (this date and time so that Bill would never forget). Following their marriage, Bill and Jennifer moved to Neodesha, where he was employed as a CMA at the nursing home in Neodesha.
Later, Bill graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He was employed at Four County Mental Health in Independence until his health started to fail.
Bill had a love for the band KISS like no other, not sure there is a bigger fan than Bill was. He also loved football, especially K-State football, if you couldn't find Bill on a Saturday in the fall, he was probably in front of a tv watching the Wildcats. He also loved to do puzzles and watch Wheel of Fortune, Bill was a Member of Harmony Lodge #94 AF&AM of Neodesha, Kansas and Shrine of Pittsburg, Kansas.

Bill was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer, his children, Sarah Lawson, and Jerry of Miami, OK, Jeff Postier of Neodesha, Briann Postier of Cherryvale, and Lilli Postier-Cashero of Neodesha. His sisters, Roberta Raider and Mark of IA, Elizabeth Kreiger and Lee of WY, Tammy Murray and James of Kansas, Mindee Ewing and Adam of Kansas, Teresa Jones and fiance' Chris of Kansas, brothers, Mark Cashero of Kansas, Mike Cashero of Kansas, John Cashero and Farrah of Kansas and Tim Cashero of Kansas, six grandchildren Alisa Lawson, Kylie Roche, Aubree Roche, Makynzie Roche, Jace Lawson and Brogan Young one great-grandchild Emery Haworth and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Dolly and Henry Tyree and Jim Cashero, his mother-in-law, Janet Postier, and brother Dennis Cashero.
A service is scheduled for 2 pm on Friday, June 4, at Christ Church in Neodesha at 1001 Elm Street. Pastor Anthony Simmons will officiate.
